Hector Hernandez helps leaders solve complex problems by thinking smarter and differently about the tools, resources, and genius they already have. How does he do that? By challenging awareness, creating clarity, and unlocking confidence - all of which enable better decision-making and outcomes.
He has experience working across industries—in tech, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, government, and entertainment – and across functional areas – sales, engineering, marketing, legal and HR. Hector has direct experience as a residnet Coach for Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Government’s start up incubator. He has also worked with clients such as Google, LinkedIn, WeWork, Warby Parker, The NBA, The SF Giants, Hubspot, Amazon and ServiceNow. In addition to Coaching, Hector is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business
Hector enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, and boxing. He resides in Connecticut with his wife Jen and their two children (three if we count their long-time canine companion).
