Each session will focus on elevating your self-awareness. That will enable you to think through the right strategies with clarity and confidence. At that point, we can anchor on the best course of action to achieve your goals.

Throughout, we leverage genuine curiosity, real-world experience, and a direct approach grounded in empathy (meaning - we all need a mirror and some truth sometimes. We will call it as we see it, but always in a way that is aligned with your voice and whole self.)

And the best part? We make the experience of working with a coach fun. We don't just get results - we remember things that make us laugh and we know when to bring some levity and celebration into our work.

• Unlimited texting based coaching (24/5)

• 6 Months:
• 12 one-hour 1:1 sessions
• Two "SOS" Calls
• Calls not on regular schedule
• 48 hour commitment to book
• Unlimited texting based coaching (24/5)
• Optional: 360 Feedback (2x)
• Sent to select peers to capture areas of focus and perception
• Questions co-created
